Community Emergency Response Team Program: Orange County agencies have teamed up to create a program that teaches people how to provide basic emergency response services in our neighborhood. Following a major disaster, first responders may not be able to meet service demands. Community members will have to rely on each other to meet immediate needs until professional health and safety responders can reach them.
