Southern Village HOA

The Southern Village Home Owners Association (SVHOA) Board of Directors meetings are open to members of the SVHOA, and the first half hour of the meetings are available for open comments. If you would like to sign up for one of the six, five-minute open comment slots, please send an email to the HOA. All meetings will be at 7pm, in the library of Christ Church. Below are the meeting dates:

• Wednesday, July 18, 2007
• Wednesday, September 12, 2007
• Wednesday, November 7, 2007
• Wednesday, January 9, 2008

The Southern Village Home Owners Association (SVHOA) maintains a website in an effort to effectively communicate with all residents of Southern Village. Please consider adding www.southernvillage.org as a bookmark or favorite to your web browser today. Additionally, if you would like to receive email updates regarding Southern Village news please sign-up on the website. As of today, 157 persons have signed up to get e-mails alerts. Hopefully this number will grow dramatically in the days and weeks ahead. If you know anyone who would like to visit www.southernvillage.org but not does not have internet access, please mention to them that Harrington Bank has agreed to allow any resident of Southern Village to use, at no charge, their lobby computer during normal business hours.

The 2007 Annual Meeting of the Southern Village Homeowners Association will be held at: Scroggs Elementary School Gymnasium 7:00 p.m., Monday, February 5, 2007. In the event the meeting needs to be rescheduled, the alternate meeting date is scheduled for: 7:00 p.m., Monday, February 12, 2007.

The primary purpose of the meeting is to elect two directors to the Board, and to vote on the revised By-laws. There will also be reports of the activities of the Board during the past 12 months.

A proxy is available for your convenience if you will be unable to attend the meeting.
