Southern Village HOA

At tonight’s SVHOA Annual General Meeting (AGM) 78 persons attended, either in person or by proxy.  These members voted for two new board of directors, each serving a three year term.  The voting was as follows: 63 votes for Cindy James, 59 votes for Arun Kilara & 26 votes for Chris Richards.

Immediately following the AGM, the SVHOA Board of Directors meet & organized themselves as follows:  Rainer Dammers, President; Cindy James, Vice President; Phil Meyer Treasurer; Bobby Mallik, Secretary & Arun Kilara, Member-at-large.

Finally the Board decided to meet on the following dates: Tuesday, April 15, 2014 @ 6:30pm (at 600 Market Street), Tuesday, July 15, 2014 @ 6:30pm (at 600 Market Street), Tuesday, October 21, 2014 @ 6:30pm (at 600 Market Street) & Tuesday, January 6, 2015 @ 6pm (at 600 Market Street).  Also the next SVHOA AGM is set for Tuesday, February 17, 2015 @ 7pm (at Christ Church).

The SVHOA Annual General Meeting (AGM) is Tuesday, February 18, 2014 from 7pm to 8pm at Christ Church.  This meeting & all meetings of SVHOA is open to the public.

Christ Christ and the American Red Cross are hosting a blood drive on Tuesday, February 4th from 11am to 3:30pm.  For more information or to make an appointment please contact Julie Welge at (919) 542-1545.

The annual meeting for SVHOA will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 @ 7pm at Christ Church.  This meeting & all meetings of SVHOA is open to the public.

The SVHOA Board of Directors approved the below budget for SVHOA for 2014.
