The Town of Chapel Hill have asked all residents of Southern Village to not park cars on city streets during winter weather. The reason for this request is so the city snow plows can quickly & effectively clear all public roads in Southern Village. The Town of Chapel Hill thanks you in advance for your cooperation.

The SVHOA Annual General Membership meeting is set for Tuesday, February 16, 2016 @ 7pm at Christ Church, located at 800 Market Street. This meeting & all meetings of SVHOA are open to the public.
Immediately following the AGM, the SVHOA Board of Directors will be meeting.

Additionally, the SVHOA Annual General Membership (AGM) meeting will be on Tuesday, February 16th @ 7pm at 800 Market Street (which is Christ Church).
