Detached Homes, Townhomes, Courtyard Homes & Class III, $310 per home per year
Alleyways, $85 each per home per year
Courtyard Homes, $500 per home per year
Condos, $85 per home per year
Apartments, $16.60 per home per year

Townhome I, $126 per home per month
Townhome II, $80 per home per month
Highgrove, $125 per home per month
Westend, $135 per home per month
