Document Policy

Here is the formal policy that Berkeley uses for all SVHOA documents.

Special note: Berkeley, at all times, will use good business judgement before deleting any documents; specifically Berkeley will ensure by working with the Board Secretary that no records are deleted hard or soft copy that are required for the HOA to function (examples include, keeping financial records as long as the tax accountant recommends, keeping all contracts still in effect regardless of age & keeping HOA governing documents forever).
