The SVHOA Board of Directors have approved the following dues for 2015:
- Detached Homes, Townhomes, Courtyard Homes & Class III, $245 each (per home) per year (no change)
- Alleyways, $85 each (per home) per year (no change)
- Courtyard Homes, $500 each (per home) per year (no change)
- Condos, $75 each (per home) per year (no change)
- Apartments, $14.70 each (per home) per year (no change)
- Townhome I, $126 each (per home) per month (up $16 from 2014)
- Townhome II, $80 each (per home) per month (no change)
- Highgrove, $125 each (per home) per month (no change)
- Westend, $135 each (per home) per month (no change)
