Today’s board meeting (March 9) has been postponed until April, details to follow.
Meetings will be held the first Tuesday of the month at 4:00 PM on the following dates: March 2 (postponed until April), May 4, July 6, September 7, November 2, January 4 and the next AGM is currently scheduled for February 15, 2022.

The 2021 Southern Village Homeowners Association Annual General Membership Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 7:00PM.
There is a change of format for 2021. Due to current health restrictions, this meeting will be conducted as a “Mail In Meeting.”

As a reminder, annual assessments are due by 3/1/20. Monthly assessments are due the first day of each month. The HOA does not send monthly statements unless an account is 30 days past due at which time you will be assessed a $20 late fee.
