Southern Village HOA

The annual meeting for SVHOA will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 @ 7pm at Christ Church.  This meeting & all meetings of SVHOA is open to the public.

The SVHOA Board of Directors approved the below budget for SVHOA for 2014.

The next meeting of the SVHOA Board of Directors is Tuesday, January 7, 2014 @ 6:30pm at 600 Market Street, 2nd Floor Conference Room.  This meeting & all meetings of SVHOA is open to the public.

The SVHOA Board of Directors have approved the following dues for 2014:

• Single Family Homes & Class III, $245 per home per year (up from $230)
• Alleyways, $85 per home per year (up from $80)
• Courtyard Homes, $500 per home per year (no change)
• Condos, $75 per home per year (no change)
• Apartments, $14.70 per home per year (no change)
• Townhome I, $110 per home per month (up from $100)
• Townhome II, $80 per home per month (no change)
• Highgrove, $125 per home per month (up from $110)
• Westend, $135 per home per month (up from $120)
