2015 Dues

The SVHOA Board of Directors have approved the following dues for 2015:

Detached Homes, Townhomes, Courtyard Homes & Class III, $245 each (per home) per year (no change)
Alleyways, $85 each (per home) per year (no change)
Courtyard Homes, $500 each (per home) per year (no change)
Condos, $75 each (per home) per year (no change)
Apartments, $14.70 each (per home) per year (no change)
Townhome I, $126 each (per home) per month (up $16 from 2014)
Townhome II, $80 each (per home) per month (no change)
Highgrove, $125 each (per home) per month (no change)
Westend, $135 each (per home) per month (no change)

SVHOA Budget 2015
