Tonight 82 persons, either by proxy or in person, attended the SVHOA Annual General Membership meeting @ 7pm at Church Church. Two new Board members, Arun Kilara & John Christian, were elected to each serve three year terms.
Immediately following the AGM meeting, the SVHOA Board of Directors meet for a quick organizational meeting. New elected officers are: President, Arun Kilara; Vice President, Susana Dancy; Treasurer, Jerry VanSant; Secretary, Steve White. Note, John Christian is SVHOA Board of Director Member-at-Large.

The SV Communications Committee shared the below report at the most recent SVHOA Board of Directors meeting. More discussion will take place on communications involving Southern Village residents at future Board meetings.
The next SVHOA Board of Directors meeting is set for Tuesday, February 21, 2017, immediately following the 2017 AGM meeting. Most likely this meeting will take place at 8pm at 800 Market Street. This will be a very short organizational meeting. The agenda is already posted on the community website (click on the Documents Tab). This meeting & all meetings of SVHOA are open to the public.
