Attention owners and/or renters of units that are part of SV HOA Highgrove Townhomes. Please know, the trim repair/replacement and paint project is scheduled to begin in May. This project will take approximately 10 weeks (weather permitting). The crew will start on Westside Drive and move to Nolen Lane then Glade Street. By now all of you should have already received a first notice. We will deliver a second notices to those homeowners affected prior to the crew moving to those addresses. We will use AppFolio to communicate progress and changes.
