SVHOA Board of Directors approved the following dues for 2011:
- Single Family Homes & Class III, $200 per year (down from $225)
- Alleyways, $64 per year (up from $56)
- Courtyard, $500 per year (up from $450)
- Condominiums, $75 per year (down from $79)
- Apartments, $14.70 per year (no change)
- Townhome I, $100 per month (down from $115)
- Townhome II, $80 per month (down from $91.04)
- Highgrove, $110 per month(up from $96.42)
- Westend, $120 per month (down from $120.24)
