FLSA (Fire Life & Safety America) will conduct the annual fire system inspection at Highgrove Townhomes on Monda, September 16th from 10:30am until 4:30pm. They will be inspecting inside each townhome so it is crucial that someone is home to grant them access. Please also be aware that the horns will be sounding during this time.

Pest and Termite Consultants will conduct the annual termite inspections at all Southern Village HOA Townhomes (141 units) later this month, specifically on Monday, August 26th & Tuesday, August 27th. The inspector will need access to crawlspaces, interior of garages, basement areas and utility rooms if applicable. Gates will also need to be unlocked. The inspection is absolutely necessary to ensure that we eradicate and minimize the destructive nature of these pests. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Note, only the white trim and the black handrails will be painted as part of this project (specifically the siding will NOT be painted, nor will any part of the garages). Chapel Hill’s Independence Day celebration — including fireworks — has been moved to Southern Community Park, with additional festivities planned for the Market Street Green. Please see info below, distributed by the Town of Chapel Hill and the Market Street Association for additional information. Parking around the green will be restricted starting at 2 pm, and cars will be prohibited starting at 5 pm.
